Responsibilities
Program Overview
The MS in-home program at Youth Villages caters to a diverse group of youth, including those interfacing with various child-serving systems and those facing potential family separation. The program's focus is on assisting families in maintaining youth within their homes to prevent out-of-home placements. This role involves delivering intensive home-based therapy.
Position Overview
The regional supervisor oversees program operations within the designated region, emphasizing service quality, counselor supervision effectiveness, customer relations, recruitment, training implementation, utilization review execution, quality management, and staff acknowledgment and motivation.
Qualifications
Requirements
A Master's degree in a social services field is obligatory.
Prior experience in a supervisory role is a must.
Preference is given to candidates with prior supervisory experience at Youth Villages.
