    Great opportunity for an experienced commercial litigation attorney to join the San Francisco Bay Area office of a respected insurance and reinsurance law firm on a direct hire basis to handle complex insurance, reinsurance, commercial litigation, and bad faith coverage. This position is available on a fully remote basis, but you must physically reside in California. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with insurance coverage experience who are looking to develop in their careers by joining a collegial team at a national firm.

    Qualifications:

  • 7 to 8 years of experience working on commercial litigation cases
  • Experience handling complex insurance and bad faith matters preferred
  • Both state and federal court experience is required
  • Some trial experience is helpful as well
  • Superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • JD from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials
  • Admission to the California bar
