- 7 to 8 years of experience working on commercial litigation cases
- Experience handling complex insurance and bad faith matters preferred
- Both state and federal court experience is required
- Some trial experience is helpful as well
- Superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- JD from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials
- Admission to the California bar
