    The OpportunityReporting to the Manager of Packaging and Operation Vendor Compliance, The Operational Vendor Compliance Supervisor will partner with the vendor base and Global Vendor Compliance teams both pre and post-delivery to educate on Qurate compliance standards to improve vendor/factory performance.

    You will bring continuous improvements relating to compliance and vendor/factory performance referencing at best practice both internally and externally to improve the experience for vendors and factories.

    Your ImpactCommunicate any global market compliance changes with our vendor base, to be a contact for all operational compliance questions / queries to minimize Non-compliance failuresReview and share Operational compliance material with our vendors to lead operational compliance further upstream to support the planning from vendor through to the warehouses to minimize and non-compliance failuresPerform regular feedback sessions (1:1) with designated employee groups to discuss performance.

    Target all poor performing vendors for Operational compliance failures setting and agreeing clear actions plans and timelines for correction, holding the vendors accountable for compliance standards and tracking this for progressRecord and track all vendor actions plans to ensure that they are shared and managed through the process.

    Ensuring that all recorded processes and action plans are communicated both internally and externallyWhat You BringVery good skills in leadership of people to balance goals of a great employee experience, customer experience, and financial performance.3+ years of experience using network resources and understand how to improve performance and service levels through the Vendor ManagementAbility to participant projects and support to guide cost savings and improve service to our customers through network and process improvementsSubject matter expert in Operational Compliance, Vendor Management & Education to improve results, performance.
