- Assists in the development, maintenance, and support of revenue cycle systems for the area of responsibility.
- Ensures that maintenance releases to revenue cycle solutions are properly tested, and quality assured prior to production.
- Provides/leads incident management processes and escalates issues as appropriate.
- Completes assigned tasks as per defined project scope, timelines, and budgets for implementations.
- May work on multiple implementations at any given time.
- May participate in on call rotation for department to support needs outside of business hours.
- Provides support for day-to-day production issues maintaining documentation in the appropriate tracking system while adhering to prescribed escalation and change control procedures.
- Adheres to all Security Standards as set forth by the organization and national guidelines.
- Prepares policy and procedure documents as instructed by revenue cycle and departmental leadership.
- Promotes an environment that supports creative thinking and new ideas, professional growth, adult learning, open communication, and collaborative relationships.
- Maintains relationship with vendors of hospital applications to understand current and future features and functionality meeting organizational needs and product life cycle.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
- Three (3) years' experiences in patient accounts systems applications and account receivable experience
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) necessary to communicate effectively with associates at all levels.
- Flexible in work schedule to meet department needs.
