Does Entertainment is a live entertainment company operating venues festivals and large-format concert events nationwide The Ticketing Manager is responsible for building maintaining and managing ticketing operations for Does Entertainment events across club arena stadium and festival formats This role works closely with marketing talent buying venue teams and external partners to ensure accurate ticketing setup reporting and day-of-show execution Key Responsibilities Build and maintain ticketing events across clubs arenas stadiums and festivals Monitor accurately report ticket sales data to internal teams and external partners Collaborate with marketing talent buying teams on ticket sales strategy Coordinate ticketing communications with venue staff artist management promoters Schedule supervise box office staff as needed Assist customer service inquiries via email phone Process internal tickets buys marketing comps adjustments Support financial settlement processes post-event reporting Assist onsite box office operations event execution assigned administrative duties Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university Three-four years of experience in the field Strong working knowledge of Excel Google Workspace High attention detail ability manage multiple events simultaneously Good communication skills Additional Requirements Flexibility work evenings weekends holidays based event schedules Willingness assist days responsibilities beyond box office functions as needed Compensation Benefits Base salary range: $60,000 – $75,000 commensurate experience Benefits package including health insurance paid time off additional offerings Opportunity growth within expanding live entertainment organization We Encourage You Apply Studies show that women people historically underrepresented backgrounds often hesitate apply roles unless meet every qualification listed At Does Entertainment value relevant experience transferable skills potential alongside traditional credentials If this role excites believe contribute team—even if don't meet requirement—we encourage you apply Equal Employment Opportunity Does Entertainment committed providing equal employment opportunities all employees applicants Make hiring employment decisions qualifications experience business needs without regard race color religion sex gender identity expression sexual orientation national origin ancestry age disability veteran status genetic information any other protected by applicable law Pay: $60,$75 ,000.00 per year Benefits:
