    **Job Title:** RN Manager Med Surg Acute Care

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our team as an RN Manager for Med Surg Acute Care at Wesley Medical Center. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the care provided for patients in individual units.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the care provided for patients in individual units
    • Fiscal management, human resource management, risk management, and operational functions
    • Contribute to strategic planning and program development
    • Maintain 24-hour accountability
    • Perform delegated duties and functions within the philosophy and overall scope of responsibility
    • Display positive support for the values and mission of Wesley Medical Center

    Requirements:

    • Current licensure in the State of Kansas as a Registered Nurse (RN)
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) verification course through American Heart Assoc. or American Red Cross - Healthcare Provider CPR
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
    • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
    • Three years supervisory experience
    • Acute care hospital experience required

    Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
