We are looking for a professional, energetic and enthusiastic individual to coordinate and execute unforgettable events for our guests.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for venue-related aspects of weddings, private events, corporate gatherings, and venue rentals from initial inquiry through the event day including selling the venue managing required vendor documentation and overseeing venue operations on the day of the event.
- Serve as main point of contact clients answering all event inquiries conducting detailed venue tours creating manage timelines floor plans setup lists logistics ensure smooth execution. Track expenses process invoices complete post-event reporting accurate records budget adherence assist internal winery cidery hotel events wine club experiences seasonal festivals pairing dinners staff functions fundraising initiatives support marketing team print digital social media strategies maintain hospitality-driven attitude participants uphold company standards during all events ensure safe welcoming environment participants company standards during all events.
