    We are currently seeking a Learning and Development Specialist

    who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of our safety leaders.

    This position will support the company safety leaders and provide assistance by creating, organizing, and implementing comprehensive safety training programs and initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of fostering collaboration across various departments.

    To include, but not limited to the following:

    Create and curate engaging content for safety trainings, including toolbox talks, equipment courses, driving courses, regulatory compliance, and Safety Onboarding.

    Develop comprehensive curriculum, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), content calendars, and long-term training plans to ensure a structured learning environment.
    Develop agendas for learning maps, seminars, and summits by utilizing existing content and researching new materials.
    Coordinate and administer follow-up actions from training courses to ensure continued learning and implementation of safety protocols.

    Facilitate collaboration among safety professionals by organizing and managing documents, Intranet resources, Teams pages, monthly team calls, videos, and promoting existing training courses.

    Design and share training templates by consolidating information, conducting research, and identifying best practices to enhance learning efficiency.
    Collect valuable data and feedback from team collaborations to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
    Track and analyze course metrics to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

    Partner effectively with other departments such as Corporate Communications & Marketing, Corporate Learning & Development, Corporate HR, and Company Learning and Development to align training initiatives with organizational goals.


    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs
    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Proficiency in using learning management systems and other training-related software tools.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Benefits and Compensation:
    For this role we are offering remote work flexibility and will accept applications for fully remote candidates.

    This role is non-exempt and will be paid hourly between $23.56/hr - $35.34/hr depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
