- You will be responsible for the leadership, organization, operation, and general administration of the Transitional Year Residency Program
- Maintain current knowledge of and compliance with ACGME Institutional and Program Requirements
- Coordinate all schedules including lecture and educational sessions, clinic and consult services, and a location of appropriate time for resident participation
- At least three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience in a residency program
- Dedicate a minimum of ten (10) hours per week (or five hundred and twenty (520) hours per year) to fulfilling all job duties and responsibilities as defined by the ACGME

MountainView Regional Medical Center , a 168-bed facility located in Las Cruces, N.M., is accredited by The Joint Commission.
The facility includes fully staffed 24-hour emergency care, a specialized Heart Center, Women's Center, Comprehensive Intensive Care Services and an All-Digital Imaging Department, plus Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Services, Emergency Services, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Wound Care Center/Hyperbaric, Diagnostic and Imaging Services, Pain Management Center and an ADA Certified Diabetes Program.
CommunityLas Cruces is a beautiful and growing community, nestled in the mountains and mesas of southern New Mexico. Close to the mountains for snow skiing.
