    Description

    The Shuttle Driver is responsible for driving customers to their homes or places of business and picking them up after their vehicles are repaired or serviced.
    Job Responsibilities

    • Safely transports customers while providing top customer service.
    • Must use good judgment, safe driving skills and be able to keep a timely shuttle route.
    • Drivers must maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance and be polite and respectful to all customers, enhancing their positive experience with the dealership.
    • Drivers will assist customers with getting in and out of the vehicle, operate the shuttle according the posted schedule, maintain the cleanliness and service requirements of the shuttle vehicle and assist at the dealership with a variety of other duties as assigned.
    • The Shuttle Driver will also assist the Service Greeters as needed.
    Qualifications
    • Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid VA driver's license. Previous experience as a shuttle driver preferred.
