Our agency is assisting in the search for a Workday Financial Applications Manager for a Dallas client.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting accounting and finance strategies through an integrated approach to collecting, storing, analyzing, and optimizing the flow of accounting and financial data throughout the organization.
• Participating in the design, build and execution of the financials application (Workday) administration, data integrity, data analysis, consultation and reporting that supports business needs and financials areas of accounting, procurement, expenses, banking and settlements, financial planning
• This role works cross-functionally throughout the organization and serves as a subject-matter expert to evaluate, analyze, develop and maintain the Workday Financials module.

Requirements include:

• 5 years of progressively responsible for Workday Financials experience, administration and management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Technology,or equivalent field or work experience.
• 5 - 9 years progressively responsible Finance or FIS Management experience.
• 5 - 9 years of experience managing and/or implementing multiple financial (Workday) related projects.
• Strong understanding and experience driving business strategy and leadership engagement.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively on a team and with all levels of leadership.
• Workday Pro Certification (a plus)
• Previous Distribution Business experience (a plus)
