    Description
    Susan Crandall is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing both passion and purpose to the table. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of our field. This role involves mastering our client service process for our 2,000 existing business clients, expanding our client base through referrals and leads, and leading a small team to achieve the same goals.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Service existing client base.
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B).
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results.
    • Train and mentor new team members on established systems.
    • Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce CRM.
    • Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership development.

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
    • Proven time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
    • Effective supervisory and leadership capabilities.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
    • Passionate about assisting people and fostering relationships.
    • Previous sales or customer service experience.
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Community-oriented mindset.
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation are essential.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before advancement.
