We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Energy Savings Representative to join our team. As an Energy Savings Representative, you will play a crucial role in guiding homeowners through the enrollment process for community solar and third-party energy solutions.

  Responsibilities: 

• Meet with homeowners to educate them on our energy savings programs


• Evaluate customers’ eligibility and answer questions about benefits and enrollment steps


• Qualify prospects, complete enrollments in person, accurately collect and submit customer information using CRM systems ,and follow up when needed to finalize enrollments


• Provide exceptional service experiences ensuring high levels of satisfaction among applicants.
