Job SummaryA leading engineering and design firm is looking for a structural engineer [PE] to join its team. This is a contract to hire position with an expected conversion around 6 months.
As structural engineer, you will be in charge of creating and stamping designs for industrial projects and structural steel buildings. Typical projects involve wood/pulp/paper and designing equipment support and foundation work.
This position is located in Eugene, OR. You would be required to relocate if you are outside of Western Oregon/Southeast Washington area. If you are within the Western Oregon/Southeast Washington area, you may work remotely with paid travel as needed. Relocation assistance is offered for qualified candidates.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and a PE license along with 5+ years of industrial design experience (Oil& gas, structural steel, wood/pulp/paper, chemical plants)
