- Supporting Corporate Business Development projects relating to CRISPR gene editing and gene therapy.
- Collaborate with the BD team to develop and maintain up-to-date status relating to potential licensee's drug development pipelines, intellectual property positions and commercial launch.
- Collect information on potential business partners and key leadership within those organizations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry news to uncover business development opportunities.
- Develop business plan presentations and briefings under guidance of senior team members.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders across the organization, including management, R&D, finance and legal.
- Currently pursuing an MBA degree
- Demonstrated ability to create executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to support multiple projects, deal with short timelines and find creative solutions.
- Able to quickly understand Editas' business, its key drivers, and issues.
- Ability to work within a diverse multicultural and international environment.
- Experience in life sciences preferred but not required.
