- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using other software programs for test reports, time sheets, and training.
- Strong working knowledge of: AC and DC circuits, electronics, power, and necessary test equipment (DVM, O-scopes, PQM's, load-banks, and other misc. hand tools).
- Strong communication skills – maintain a professional demeanor during high stress situations.
- Ability to operate various company vehicle types in a safe and competent manner. Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record with minimal traffic violations.

The Critical Power Level 4 technician is an expert in the UPS industry and has extensive experience with UPS power systems. This is a leadership position that will supervise and train less experienced technicians and run projects. A senior UPS technician should be able to: Oversee installation contractor, start up, maintain, and troubleshoot various types of UPS systems.
