    Description

    Job Title: Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

    Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Bakersfield, CA.

    This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in a dynamic and challenging environment. As an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will have the chance to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
    • Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate documentation
    • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the medical team
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adequate stock of supplies and equipment
    • Transport patients as needed and perform other duties assigned by the facility

    Requirements:

    • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
    • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and possess PC skills
    • Physical abilities: remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
