Responsibilities

Spearhead continuous improvement projects

Responsible for floor-level process engineering efforts

Mentor Operators and Technicians on methods of improving efficiencies requirements:

BS Engineering (Mechanical or Material Science preferred, open to similar)

3+ years' experience in plant floor-level process engineering

Team player mindset, leadership abilities

Desire to be on the plant floor (this is not a desk job) #LI-SR1
