ITAC Solutions is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales professional for a Manufacturing company in the Pell City area .

In this role, you will promote and sell the company's products within your territory, manage customer information, generate quotes, process orders, and ensure smooth transactions.

This is an onsite position in Pell City, AL, and the pay rate is $25/hr. What you'll be doing (duties of this position): High-volume phone and computer work. Receive a book of business, not cold calling. Speaking on the phone with customers. Promote and upsell products. Provide support to distributors, OEMs, Consultants, and End-Users Compliance with company procedures is essential for continued employment.
