    Job Description Job Description Summary:

    The Digital Content Specialist will assist in the development and implementations of marketing strategies across all digital channels to meet organizational needs within fitness management and the fitness center.

    This individual will collaborate with the director and graphic designer to maintain brand standards.

    Primary responsibilities include content creation for campaigns, special projects, shooting and editing photo and video, coordinating social media accounts (Linked In, Facebook, Twitter), the blog and collaborating with the Director on projects related to earning/managing qualified leads for new business.

    This individual will report to the Director of Marketing.


    Essential Duties:


    Collaborate cross-functionally with fitness center and fitness management teams to source and create engaging content that aligns with brand look and feel.

    Ensure content is optimized for each platform and adheres to brand guidelinesWork with Director of Marketing to ideate and strategize on digital marketing strategies, maintaining calendars and social strategies for timely executionActively engage with audience on all platforms, responding to message and comments in a timely manner and escalating any questions or issues as necessaryAssist in shooting and editing photos and video content for project creationManage time-sensitive content, ensuring timeliness of content submittedAssist with developing and managing additional storytelling assets, including blogs and accompanying photos and video.

    Oversees the filing of such assets.
    Assist in website management via HubSpot as needed.

    Attends to fix page warningsDevelops and updates lead nurturing campaigns, managing ongoing lead spreadsheets for corporateTracks keyword analyticsMonitors websites of competitionWorks with NIFS graphic designers to develop offers connected to existing contentReads current literature for trends, possible content ideas, blog posts, etc.

    Coordinates all aspects related to blog Secures and follows up with authorsManages topic scheduleAdds images/finalizes blogs for posting; establishes blog release scheduleManages posts to blogsTracks blog analytics for keyword usage and other metricsHelp oversee management of NIFS and Fitness Management social accounts Coordinates postingsDevelops creative ways to generate additional public followingCommunicates frequently with Director regarding project work and other topics as appropriate; assists Director with departmental projects, as neededSupports and assists in developing marketing campaignsCoordinates materials for marketing eventsMaintains familiarity with and abides by the policies stated in both the NIFS Employee Handbook as well as the CFM Operations ManualPerforms other duties as assigned#J-18808-Ljbffr
