    Job Title:

    Field Sales Account Manager – Federal Healthcare

    Reports To:

    Sr. Director of Civilian Sales

    Location:

    Nationwide (Multiple Locations)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, maintain, and expand sales relationships with assigned territory or Federal Government account.
    • Account planning, identifying sales opportunities, communicating with customers regularly via phone and email, preparing quotations and proposal responses, and closing deals.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with account representatives of strategic partners and manufacturers.

    Requirements:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
    • Experience using Salesforce—or similar CRM—is desired.
    • General computer proficiency is required.

    Education/Experience:

    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales.
    • Prior experience with telephone sales is desired.
    • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    Essential Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to articulate product solutions to customers.
    • Capable of working in a high-paced, demanding sales environment.
    • Customer service-oriented mentality.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Performance Metrics:

    • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and sales activity requirements as assigned by the Director of Sales.
    • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and an actionable 6-month sales forecast.
    • Document key customer requirements and customer decision makers.
