You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
Contact person for respective customer on all Quality topics from project phase through to series productionMonitor and report of relevant Q-targets, work with other functions to identify and implement actions to maintain or improve performance Handling and on-time resolution of customer complaints and claims in line with relevant requirements and standards using 8D-method according to WIMS QI and Q3 processPrepare, conduct and document process audits (internal and external), implement actions to resolve non-conformances and ensuring efficiency Prepare and implement capability and measurement capability studies to ensure process capabilityThis is what you bring to us: The ability to respond to input and direction from multiple cross functional departmentsExpertise in automotive industry standards
