    The Position:
    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager in the food industry to join our team.


    The Product Manager will report directly to the Product and Brand Marketing Manager and will be responsible for managing the development and marketing of our food products.

    This role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive product developments and achieve business objectives.

    Responsibilities of the Marketing Product Manager:

    • Product Development
    :

    Lead the development of new and existing products from concept to launch, including market research, product ideation, and formulation.


    • Market Research
    :

    Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor offerings. Use insights to help product development and marketing strategies.


    • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    :

    Collaborate with R&D, operations, sales, quality and marketing departments to ensure successful product development, launch, and ongoing management.


    • Project Management
    :

    Manage product development projects and timelines. Collect relevant

    project information and data to coordinate global project and supply all necessary

    documentation.

    Communicate pertinent project information to cross functional team:
    from product updates to project status, and key milestones.


    • Product guarantor
    :

    Create product SKU in the company system and maintain product database and any product related specifications up to date. Responsible for data management + updates on product information in clients' portals.


    • Sales Support
    :

    Develop sales support materials, maintain up to date product specification sheets, sell sheets and product catalogues, answer applicable client questions, fill out clients' forms and complete enrollment and new item forms for new customers.


    • Packaging development and regulatory compliance
    :

    responsible for packaging development working directly with our designer team and gathering all necessary elements (barcode creation, final product specifications, dyelines...), organize and facilitate reviewing process with our quality team, timeline guarantor to hand off deliverables to PKG engineer on time to meet product

    launch date.

    Ensure product compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including labeling requirements and nutritional guidelines working directly with our Quality department.


    • Continuous Improvement
    :

    Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in product development.
    Requirements:


    • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the food industry
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, food science, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Team player attitude
    • Very attentive to detail and time management, able to meet and exceed deadlines.
    • Sense of urgency and adaptability
    • Organized, persistent, quick learner and problem solver
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
