The successful candidate will teach introductory and lower-division mathematics courses as Coordinator of Lower-Division Mathematics.

Reporting to the Chair of the Mathematics Department,
the Coordinator will work closely with mathematics faculty,
and engage with faculty stakeholders across the University
(including Engineering,
Physics,
Computer Science,
Biology,
Biochemistry,
C hemistry,Nursing,and Medical Laboratory Science)

Duties

The successful candidate will teach introductory and lower-division mathematics courses.As Coordinator of Lower-Division Mathematics,the successful candidate will also coordinate instruction,promote pedagogical innovation and improvement,conduct regular assessment of student learning,and implement student recruitment,succesfull retention initiatives within lower-division math courses across thje Univeristy.
