What You Will Be DoingAs the Property Tax Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property taxes for our clients while continuing to grow the practice and develop the team .

You will be tasked with gathering and analyzing data, developing strategies and budgets, researching property tax laws, and managing external and internal relations.

You should have an entrepreneurial mindset as you will spend time in the field connecting with potential clients as a trusted resource and representative of the firm while growing the business.

You will also be responsible for the development of your team while you work together to serve the needs of the clients.

What You Need for this PositionRequirements:

• 7+ years of Real Property Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Manager or Director
• Must be a Licensed Property Tax Consultant in the state of Texas
• Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
