- Provide exceptional customer service and prepare food in deli, juice bar, pizza/sandwich, and hot bar areas.
- Maintain an appealing sales floor following Earth Fare merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure department cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
- Prior experience with food preparation in restaurants, bakeries, or catering is preferred.
- Experience in retail or customer service-oriented environments is a plus.
- Fast-paced customer service-focused environment.
- Possible work in extremely cold conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable maneuvering heavy loads.
