- Supporting the development of strategic physician recruitment plans
- Performing initial interview and screening processes to determine candidates' suitability
- Managing the contract negotiation and cadence conversation – securing a signed contract from the MD/CRNA
- Participating in conferences, job fairs, and Provider Recruitment opportunity events
- Visiting local branches to increase understanding of clinical requirements for recruitment
- Sustaining campaign pools for recruiting efforts – keeping momentum
- Conducting cadence with active and prospect with Provider candidates
- At least 3-5 years of direct experience in provider recruitment
- Achieved metrics of provider signed contracts
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Capable of managing workload independently and with confidence
- This position is a commission-based position and salary based position. Daily incentive is provided, per provider, for each billable day worked, in their first 12 months of employment, including a selectable base salary, plus all company benefits and a 401k match Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision benefits, STD/LTD, life insurance, and a selectable PTO package.

Ambulatory Management Solutions (AMS) is a unique practice management organization that supports Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), and Office-Based Anesthesiology (OBA) practices through Illinois, Texas, Washington, and Oregon. We have an IMMEDIATE OPENING for an MD/CRNA Recruiter to join our team to source, conduct cadence, recruit, retain, and SIGN-ON Anesthesiologists and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNAs). To be considered for this position, you must have direct provider recruitment experience which includes applicant sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified providers including a proven track record of getting MD/CRNAs over the finish line - meaning, contract signed.
