Job summary
We are King Quality Roofing & Siding, serving the Long Island and Westchester markets with premium exterior home solutions.This is a W-2, commission-based inside sales role selling residential roofing and exterior solutions.
A company vehicle is provided
A comprehensive paid training program; 2-week classroom training with additional field training Paid onboarding and training Post-training uncapped commission structure Pre-set and pre-qualified leads provided by our call center & marketing team Additional commission incentives for self-generated leads Performance-based bonus opportunities
Qualifications
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record & background check.-Comfortable working on roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics.-Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust.-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.-Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.-Ability to use CRM software Microsoft Office iOS tools Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to 75 lbsResponsibilities
-Run in-home sales appointments from company-provided leads-Conduct consultative needs assessments with homeowners-Present roofing and exterior solutions close contracts-Manage the full sales cycle from first appointment signed agreement-Generate additional opportunities through referrals networking self-sourced leads-Accurately document activity pipeline in the CRM-Partner with operations production teams ensure smooth project handoffs,
