- Draft legal arguments and revise declarations.
- Compile, proofread, and revise drafts of legal documents and reports drafted by legal assistants.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations in legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with USCIS, other immigration agencies, clients, and teammates.
- Maintain and update databases and tracking systems.
- Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field or equivalent related experience required.
- Paralegal certificate preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience required.
- Immigration law or litigation experience is preferred but not required.
