    Description

    This is a direct hire position. Our client in Wisconsin is looking for a Maintenance Manager to perform general building, grounds, and machine maintenance, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Work closely with management to develop a Total Production Maintenance TPMS system. This is a hands-on position. Most repairs and planning are completed in house. The ability to make repairs at an extremely high level is an expectation.

    Duties:

    • Directs, coordinates, and administers maintenance engineering functions and operations to maintain the physical structures, machinery, utilities, facilities and property and arrangement of production machines and equipment
    • Performs a wide variety of highly skilled maintenance work to maintain structures, electrical systems, heating system, plumbing, machine repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc..
    • Performs or oversees maintenance in office and shop, to include doors, closures, desks, files, etc.
    • Plans major projects, prepares estimates, obtains sub-contractor quotations, and personally supervises critical operations involved.
    • Completes all required documentation.
    • Directs and oversees preventative maintenance program
    • Maintains computerized maintenance work order( MWO) system for tracking work orders and maintenance history.
