- Starting base rate is $20/hr. on a weekly pay schedule
- Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, and other supplemental insurance options
- Paid time off
- Safety inspections
- Dismounts and remounts tires and wheels securely on vehicle
- Inspects and assesses the damage to tires and determines if they are repairable or require replacement
- Performs any repairs that can be made safely or matches the tire to the specifications of the car model and other tires on the vehicle for replacement
- Invoicing
- Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and the ability to drive
- One year of tire tech experience
- Interested in accuracy and doing what is right
- Be a team player, hardworking, and honest
- Be on time to work and reliable
- Basic computer and math skills, tech-savvy with a smartphone
- Must be comfortable with working outside in occasionally hot, cold, or dirty conditions
- Must be able to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and move inventory items and other work-related items (up to 50 lbs)
- Automotive experience
- Fleet experience (rental cars, trucks, etc.)
