    About the Role

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    to provide high-quality therapy services to sub-acute rehabilitation patients.

    The SLP will evaluate, treat, and support patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients

    Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

    Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support comprehensive patient care

    Educate patients and families on treatment plans, strategies, and ongoing care

    Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy interventions as needed

    Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

    Qualifications

    Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

    Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment

    Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)

    Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

    Experience in sub-acute or rehabilitation settings preferred
