Job DescriptionForeman:
-----Duties:
Oversee and manage electrical construction projects from start to finish
Interpret and analyze electrical schematics and blueprints
Coordinate and schedule work activities with project team members
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
Monitor and enforce quality control measures throughout the project
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Provide guidance and support to electrical technicians and apprentices
-----Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role
Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, components, and equipment
Proficient in construction estimating and blueprint reading
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
