    Overview


    Texas GovLink, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has been a premier provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Architect to be a key resource on a technical services team.

    Responsibilities


    The workers responsibilities and skills must include:

    • Creates a well-informed AWS cloud strategy and manage the adaption process.
    • Determines AWS cloud requirements by analyzing business operations, applications, and security; reviewing business objectives; and evaluating current systems.
    • Obtains AWS cloud design requirements, develops and implements cloud designs for new
    • projects, and maintains existing cloud designs and architectures. Develops AWS cloud infrastructure projects and initiatives.
    • Implements corresponding AWS cloud architecture changes to support new and modified systems and ensures that new designs conform to standards and guidelines; are consistent, normalized, and perform as required; and are secure from unauthorized access or update.
    • Provides guidelines on creating AWS cloud infrastructure.
    • Reviews changes, realizing their impacts on enterprise cloud architecture, and ensures that the impacts are communicated to appropriate parties.
    • Establishes measures to chart progress related to the completeness and quality of AWS cloud architecture for enterprise usage; and to improve cloud performance.
    • Communicate and collaborate in a professional and timely manner.
