Job Summary
Manage back-of-house operations including food ordering inventory management food preparation presentation and overall kitchen cleanliness.Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling training and general supervision of back-of-house staff.
- Oversee restaurant opening and closing duties ensuring tasks are completed correctly and cleanliness standards are met.
- Verify all equipment is sanitized and maintained on schedule report any maintenance issues to the Food & Beverage Director.
