- The physician would be a 1099 independent contractor-self-employed

- 2 days in clinic currently
- 10-12 patients half day
- 20-25 patients full day
- Ideally, the physician would have 5 days of clinic coverage
- Must be a USA fellow trained in vascular surgery for consideration
- This is 100% vascular; the physician can opt to do general procedures if interested
- 1:2 shared call schedule
- Leading base compensation + professional liability, medical, dental, vision benefits, DEA and medical license covered, $2,000 CME year
- Move to RVU model after year 2
