- Provide direct therapy and develop individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, evaluate patients' conditions and create appropriate therapy programs
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Master's in Speech Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech Therapist
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well and collaborate with with other disciplines
- Monday to Friday

iShine Pediatric Therapy Clinic is a small clinician owned business in the beautiful hill country town of Boerne, Texas. We provide OT, PT, ST, behavior coaching and social skills groups to infants to teenagers with a variety of needs. Our clinicians work collaboratively with one another, often co-treating when possible and necessary. Humor and camaraderie are a huge part of our day We have great, supportive parents, clients and families.We are passionate about what we do and want to provide the best care for our clients and families every day. We are looking for therapists who feel the same way.
We are currently looking for a speech therapist on a part time basis, however, that could grow into a full time position based on caseload and interest. You must be available to work at least some after school hours. Our therapists have flexible schedules and are able to set their own schedule.
