Description

Provides technical support to field sales, distributors, and customers both remotely and in-person, with job specific details utilizing sound engineering principles.

Provides on-site field supervision to support fire test programs and key customer projects. Manages and initiates the creation of technical collateral to support the commercialization of new system introductions and existing business. Assists in the design and evaluation of optimized and customer-specific systems. Coordinates product testing and system certification conducted at independent test labs. Conducts training seminars for new salespersons, distributors, customers and industry professionals.

Attends industry meetings and participates in associations involved with the development of codes and standards that create demand for passive fire protection systems and Unifrax Products.
