    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    The Manager of Talent Acquisition is a key member of Jensen Precast's human resources team and is crucial in attracting and retaining exceptional employees.

    In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking top talent and working closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

    Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, you'll collaborate with the human resources team and other business leaders to identify talent needs and workforce planning.

    this position may be remote for candidates who live in the Western US (CA, AZ, NV, WA, OR, ID, CO)

    A highlight of your day-to-day will include:
    Create and manage talent pipelines to ensure a robust leadership bench.
    Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent.
    Identify and address factors that may contribute to employee attrition.
    Collaborate with Marketing to develop robust employment branding initiatives.
    Perform sourcing of corporate exempt and leadership roles to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.

    Partner with HR leadership and HR Business Partners; lead workforce planning and employee forecasting needs and develop proactive strategies to recruit and fill.

    Lead the implementation of consistent selection practices, ensuring hiring managers have all the necessary capabilities.
    Gather, analyze, and inform stakeholders on key performance indicators related to hiring activity and team performance.

    You're enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced environment.

    You will possess a demonstrated history of success in talent acquisition at all levels, preferably in a manufacturing or other industrial environment.


    Other key attributes include:


    Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field with a minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience or 5+ years of current Talent Acquisition leadership in a manufacturing environment.

    Knowledge of ATS (Usage and Implementation) and Databases.
    Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
    Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
    Strong analytical, reasoning, accountability, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
    Solid working experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
    Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to professionally interact with diverse individuals at all organizational levels.
    Adhere to the principles of confidentiality.
    Experience with developing candidate pipelines through proactive measures.
