    Scope:

    As an MRI Technologist, you will operate a magnetic resonance scanner to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating pathologies. You must have a deep understanding of MRI physics, select appropriate imaging techniques, and ensure patient comfort and safety during exams.

    Effective communication, coordination, and documentation are essential in meeting patient needs and maintaining quality care standards.


    Requirements:
    - Associate Degree or equivalent from a two-year College or Technical School
    - Current ARRT (R) (MR) or NMTCB registry required
    - Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association required
    - Ability to interact with individuals of all ages
    - Preferably at least one year of experience as an MRI Technologist in a hospital setting

    Physical Requirements:

    - Visual acuity to assess patient needs and operate equipment
    - Verbal communication skills for interactions with patients and colleagues
    - Manual dexterity for handling delicate equipment and performing tasks accurately
    - Ability to lift and move patients and heavy objects
    - Strong organizational skills for patient care documentation and multitasking

    Hourly Rate:
    $55.57 (actual rate based on experience)
