We're excited to continue solidifying that foundation as we are looking for a Technology Solutions Leader to join our growing Technology Solutions Team.

    The role of the Technology Solutions Lead, Dealer Services is to be responsible for providing technology expertise within the specialized area of F&I and Dealer Services. This position will use operational F&I understanding combined with expert knowledge of various existing and emerging technologies to recommend and implement solutions that solve business needs.

    What You'll Do:

    • Deeply engages with stakeholders by establishing and maintaining ongoing business relationships.
    • Confidently and clearly share the purpose and vision of business solutions to customers and stakeholders
    • Understands how existing business solutions are used to determine current and future state.
    • Understand the business results to be achieved and collaborate with technical resources to research and recommend new solutions based on the business case.
    • Organize, clarify, and document the strategic path to those outcomes and advance them into the demand intake process.
    • Maintains and improves knowledge sharing and collaboration between the business and IT.
    • Assists in the development of customer feedback channels; manages and monitors customer complaints.
    • Understand and communicate the need to optimize and improve current solutions.
    • Assesses gaps in the market and researches potential emerging solutions
    • Identifies the potential for custom-developed solutions that provide a competitive advantage
    • Anticipates current and future technology needs

    What You'll Need:

    • 5+ Years experience in a similar or related position
    • Experience working on software related to or in the business of F&I and Dealerships
    • 5+ Years of project management experience within the technology space
    • Skills required
    • Experience in project lifecycles from business case development to final solution delivery
    • Thorough knowledge of current technology solutions, including CRM, 3rd party software insurance products, and custom software development

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Associate or Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, project management or related field
    • Use of Agile software development methodologies
