    Description
    NWKTC is seeking a Project Director for our Title III Strengthening Institutions Program (SIP) grant
    funded through the U.S. Department of Education titled "SEATSS - System for Early Alert, Tutoring, and
    Student Support." This position is a grant-funded position; the grant is currently in the first of five years.
    Project Overview
    Our project seeks to expand access, increase success, and improve career readiness through the

    following initiatives:

    Proposed Activity #1:
    Enhancing Infrastructure for

    Student Success:
    Early Alert, Tutoring

    Proposed Activity #2:

    Develop Work-Based Learning and Career Services Program:
    NWKTC's Title III Project will implement a Goals-Based Evaluation Plan to benchmark its progress and
    performance throughout the Project year (formative) and the Outcomes-Based Evaluation Plan to verify
    the accomplishment of performance objectives by the end of the funding cycle (summative).
    Scope of Work
    The Project Director reports directly to the Vice President of Academic Advancement; the project
    director supervises the two Title III counselors.
    Coordinate the effective implementation of Title III Program activities.
    Manage the day-to-day operations of the department including supervision and evaluation of
    personnel.
    Develop and implement a file system/tracking system to document Title III activities,
    expenditures, report
    Comply with regulations regarding EDGAR, FERPA and use of confidential information for data
    collection and evaluation, if applicable.
    Meet all funder requirements for the period of performance and approved timeline as it relates
    to the project.
    Work in cooperation with the Title III external evaluator, Project Staff and Implementation Team
    to review and assess existing data collection systems, making appropriate recommendations to
    achieve program data collection goals.
    Performs other duties as assigned.
    Preferred Qualifications/Required Education
    Master's degree in education, counseling, public administration, or related fields;
    Supervisory experience
    experience working with educational opportunity programs, academic support programs, or
    similar programs for underrepresented and first-generation college students. knowledge of budgeting, funding processes, and long-term planning;
