Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our team at Rural King. As a key liaison between the Finance department and IT teams, you will collaborate with Accounting, Finance and Accounts Payable teams to document processes and identify areas for enhancement.Responsibilities include translating business needs into detailed functional requirements for Oracle Fusion modules (GL AP Cash Management Fixed Assets), participating in comprehensive testing such as system integration regression and user acceptance testing monitoring system performance data integrity and compliance across financial applications facilitating discovery sessions requirements workshops with internal teams vendors supporting configuration changes testing implementation of new features within Oracle Fusion Cloud working alongside developers solution architects verifying designs troubleshooting recurring issues assisting during month end year end closing processes ensuring compliance accounting standards developing maintaining system documentation user training guides process flows providing end user training support promote adoption standardized business processes coordinating with AP GL Finance teams accuracy transactional data collaborating with vendors auditors partners fulfill integration audit requirements working other IT application teams ensure seamless data flow platforms.
