Job DescriptionMakes repairs involving disassembling units and replacing/troubleshooting electrical control circuits.
Makes diagnoses to replace or repair parts and make adjustments.
Inspects machinery to insure proper operation.
Performs diagnosis of PLC reports as needed through digital CMMS programs.
Performs all other skills required of other specialists.
Performs manufacturers recommended PMs on equipment.
Performs diagnosis of hydraulic and pneumatic systemsQualificationsAbility to troubleshoot electronic control circuits.
Understands safety lock out/tag out procedures.
Must be able to plan and perform unusual and difficult work where only general methods are available.
Moderate physical effort; frequently moving lightweight material in difficult work positions.
Thorough knowledge of electrical logic.
Ability to perform general air conditioning service work.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Requires 5 years experience in general maintenance with 3 years being Electrical specific.
