Cardiac Telemetry Nurse - Little Rock

Job Summary
Provides assessment planning implementation and evaluation of care for assigned patients administer medications change therapeutic dressings monitor vital signs prep patients for procedural interventions educate both patient and families regarding the disease process and procedural intervention and chart with timely documentation collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work care coordination physical therapy occupational therapy lab respiratory therapy and imaging utilization of multiple Nurse Driven protocols allowing some autonomy for the prudent nurse evaluation and implementation of the treatment plan for the heart failure patient population.
