Our project managers are challenged daily. Boredom and routine work will not happen in this role.

You will have the opportunity to work on architecturally forward ground-up projects, and historic renovations and restorations. You will be given the autonomy, leading edge technology, tools, respect, and support from RGGC to ensure you success.

Our Project Managers take the lead on all aspects of a project. You will be responsible for the cost management of your projects from buyout to closeout.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective and professional working relationship with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

You will benefit from the satisfaction of seeing a project from beginning to end and enjoy knowing you played a key role in delivering the highest quality project on time.

This is a role for the person who thrives in a collaborative environment and is willing to pitch in when required to support the team.

Requirements:

5 years experience as a project manager on commercial projects.
Bachelor Degree in construction management, engineering or related
