As an Allied Universal unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns with calm professionalism, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and document observations. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and building perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and public areas, observe for suspicious behavior, and assist with directing visitors, vendors, and employees according to site procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.

Document patrols, incidents, and observations in required reports and logs, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
