Overview: My client, top law firm, is seeking a skilled Corporate M&A Attorney to join their team. You'll guide clients through mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, ensuring legal compliance and strategic success.

Responsibilities:

1. Transactional Support: Advise on due diligence, negotiation, and documentation.
2. Drafting and Reviewing: Prepare and review transactional documents.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
4. Client Counseling: Provide strategic advice on corporate governance and legal issues.

Qualifications:

• JD degree and Bar admission.
