This role is ideal for a passionate individual with a deep understanding of mass timber construction processes and a proven track record of delivering projects efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities specific to mass timber projects.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Manage and mentor a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure proper inventory management.
• Conduct quality control inspections and coordinate with engineers and architects to resolve any issues promptly.
