Our rapidly expanding construction client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join its team. Maintain General Ledger
Unit job costing
Review budget-to-actuals and commitments on project-to-date
Review construction applications for payment and prepare draw against contract via AIA or invoices/lien releases
Responsible for monthly cash reconciliation
Prepare final trial balances for reporting and tax returns
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Strong understanding of accounting theory and experience with general ledger functions.
High proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
